  • Due to COVID-19 we might experience processing or delivery delays. We will do our best to keep you in the loop and to ensure your order gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

AUSTRALIAN & NEW ZEALAND ORDERS

  • FREE* shipping Australia Wide for orders over $100
  • Standard delivery for all purchases anywhere in Australia is charged at a flat rate of $9.95.
  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receiving it.
  • All orders are shipped from our Perth Warehouse using Sendle.  Once dispatched, please allow 5-10 business days.  Please allow extra time for rural and remote locations within Australia.  Please allow 10-15 business days for delivery to New Zealand.
  • Sendle will be used for all addresses.  Packages will be left in a secure location if you are not home.  If you are unable to be home when the package is due to arrive, please check your junk mail to ensure the tracking Information provides you with re-delivery or local pick up options.

* Free delivery applies to orders that are less than 22kg and are to be delivered within Australia. Orders over 22kg will be charged at a bulk shipping rate. Please contact us for more information.

Please ensure delivery address and recipient details listed in your order are accurate and complete.  Eco Envy Co will not accept responsibility for late delivery, or non-delivery due to incomplete for incorrect details being provided.  Eco Envy Co is not responsible for return of shipments or reimbursements of lost packages or damaged products.  Items sent via Sendle are not automatically covered for loss or damage.

DUTIES AND TAXES

Please note orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs.  The responsibility for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Australia rest with the customer.

Please contact your local customs office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in our region.

It is a legal requirement for Eco Envy Co to declare the total dollar value of orders to customs officials for all international shipments.

TRACKING YOUR DELIVERY

All our orders come with a tracking code that will be emailed to you once dispatched. Should you have any problem in receiving your tracking code, please reach out to us at enquiries@ecoenvyco.com.

SUSTAINABLE MAILING

We are strongly committed to making the whole customer journey as sustainable as possible, so we use biodegradable mailing bags for all our orders which means no more plastic and zero waste!  Just stick your biodegradable bag in your compost or even your garden and it'll decompose.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

All shipments may encounter delays due to high volume, global pandemics or bad weather that extends beyond the expected delivery time frame provided by the carriers.  International shipments are subject to customs procedures leaving Australia and arriving in the destination country which may cause further delays.  While these delays are uncommon, they are a reality of shipping logistics especially with international shipping.  Please be advised that tracking scans may no longer update once a shipment has left Australia.
